Parishioners join in retirement celebration

Parishioners join to celebrate Lynda McKerr on her retirement

Community Care staff, volunteers, local dignitaries and parish members wish Lynda well on her retirement from Buckhorn branch

Following eighteen years of devoted service with Community Care Peterborough, on 28 September, Lynda McKerr began her well-deserved retirement. Parishioners joined with Community Care staff, local dignitaries, volunteers and clients of Community Care to extend best wishes for Lynda. Well over 75 community members attended the celebration.

Over recent years, Lynda has joined with the people from St Matthew - St Aidan for occasions such as Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. She took particular joy in being part of the bell-ringing to celebrate the Jubilee of HM Queen Elizabeth.
